What we collect

We collect the information needed to run a respiratory-care staffing practice: contact details you give us (name, phone number, email), and — for our employees and contracted staff — work-related information such as schedules, availability, credentials, and time-off requests, kept inside our password-protected staffing platform.

How we use it

Contact information from this website is used only to respond to your inquiry. Employee information is used only to schedule, notify, and manage our workforce. We do not use your information for advertising.

Text messaging (SMS)

Employees who opt in receive work-scheduling text messages as described in our SMS / Text Message Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data will not be shared with any third party except the vendors that deliver the messages on our behalf (e.g., our SMS provider), who may use it only to send those messages.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that operate our systems (hosting, email, and SMS delivery), when required by law, or with your direction.

Retention & security

Employee records are retained for the duration of employment plus applicable legal retention periods. Our platform uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), password-protected accounts, and encrypted storage for sensitive values.

Your choices
