This site describes our respiratory-care and staffing services and provides contact and policy information. Content is provided for general information and is not medical advice. Don't misuse the site (no scraping, probing, or attempting to access accounts that aren't yours).

Employee platform

The employee scheduling platform (linked as "Employee Sign-In") is for authorized NJ Respiratory staff only. Accounts are personal; access and activity are logged. Our SMS / Text Message Policy governs the optional text alerts, and consent to texting is always separate from these terms — agreeing to these terms never opts you into SMS.

Intellectual property

The NJ Respiratory name, logo, and site content belong to New Jersey Respiratory, Inc. and may not be used without permission.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, NJ Respiratory is not liable for damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
